Well, basically, my family and I look for unwanted parcels, and then we purchase them. After we buy them we either sell them quickly or we hold them long term and other times we keep them. To be clear though, we are not realtors. We have many highly satisfied customers who are glad to have cash instead of the burden of unwanted property ownership.
